According to the results of the single-core and multi-core test, the iPhone SE scored 1695 and 4021 points respectively. If we compare these data with the results of testing the iPhone 13, we can see that in the single-core test, the new Apple's device falls behind a little. But in the multi-core test, the smartphone received 700 points less.
It is likely that the small size of the gadget was the reason for the slowdown of the single-chip system in order to prevent overheating by the manufacturer. Such a step provides reasonable battery consumption too.
