$1.5 million for bugs found in Apple products

Most recently, OnePlus has awarded a $7,000 reward for searching for security vulnerabilities in its own products. Apple also has its own vulnerability search program, although the reward is far greater. Specialists from Cupertino decided to make a number of very important innovations regarding the amount of remuneration and the circle of potential seekers of "bugs". As you know, previously only narrow circles of developers could join the vulnerability search program and only the iOS platform could potentially be explored. Now anyone can take part in the program, and iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS and iCloud platforms can be explored. As for the reward, earlier, for the problem found, it was possible to earn $200 thousand, now the amount of the reward has grown to $1.5 million. In addition, for detecting bugs and in beta versions you can get a bonus of 50%. Such a move from Apple can only mean one thing: the company is too confident in the safety of its products or simply can afford to give such a reward. The list of rewards for a certain error can be considered below in the image.
