Meizu Zero, a smartphone that refused connectors

January 23, Meizu introduced a truly revolutionary smartphone, they became - Meizu Zero, which was the first in the world to lose unnecessary connectors. But that's not all, the smartphone has not only lost the usual connectors, but also completely turned out to be from holes and physical buttons. Not a single smartphone maker has ventured to take such a step, and Meizu has also done an excellent job on the design, making it new and a bit recognizable. The case of the device is made according to the Unibody 3D technology using the bulk ceramic coating. All the bored volume buttons, power replaced by touch side panels, similar can be seen on the HTC U12, although Meizu put more effort and made them more elegant. At this, the smartphone never ceases to amaze and offers us instead of ordinary speakers - a piezoelectric emitter. The technology is called mSound 2.0, the emitter itself is integrated under the surface of the display, which allows you to clearly hear the interlocutor regardless of the screen position and even in noisy environments. The display at Meizu Zero AMOLED, 5.99 inches, on the whole screen are only symmetrical frames on top, bottom and sides. There is also a display fingerprint scanner. Due to the fact that there are no connectors even for SIM cards familiar to society, the company decides to circumvent this nuance by introducing eSIM technology, which is not supported in most countries. Meizu Zero equipped with a Snapdragon processor 845, not 855, as most would like, but this processor is not so bad. According to the company's vice president, Li Nan, they are ready to switch to new Snapdragon 855 chips, but only after they become more accessible. As for the means of connection, only wireless Wi-Fi, Bluetooth are available. Meizu Zero charges with wireless 18-watt charging, protected by 75 patents.

The developers claim that the smartphone is able to charge as well as from the wire. The volume of the battery has not been disclosed. On the back cover is a dual camera from Sony IMX 380 and IMX 350 for 12 megapixels and 20 megapixels, selfi-camera received as much as 20 megapixels. Another nice feature of the novelty is the presence of IP68 protection. So far only two shades of the smartphone are available: black and white. But while the exact configurations and the date of sales and the price does not disclose
