Mui - smart wooden throw

Startup Mui first came to light at the end of 2017, for the last 2018, he was able to collect the required amount and officially presented at CES-2019. The gadget could even get the "CES Innovation Award" in the nomination for "Best Design". And all thanks to its unusual shape, which in fact is an ordinary wooden block. The idea was this: to create something unusual, something that does not take up much space, will be quiet and will fit perfectly to any design. This miracle was called Mui, which in Japanese means "something quiet and hidden." The device is a system for managing a smart home or office, but in the passive mode it turns into an original idea of the interior. Mui has a touch screen, but there is no microphone and speakers, which slightly limits the system in use, everything has to be done in the old fashioned way, giving commands manually. This lack does not spoil the device at all, only because of the appearance you just want to buy it for yourself. Although Mui is not very smart, it supports IFTTT technology, which is needed to control different systems, from thermostats to Spotify. But startup developers have room to grow, they have implemented support for Google Assistant, which in the future will be able to expand the capabilities of Mui. With the possibility of voice control, the device would cost up to $ 1000, but now only sponsors of a startup can purchase it at a price of $ 549. At the moment, the exact date of sales is still unknown.
