Every year the demand for high-quality cameras increases, and companies, in turn, strive to make them more compact and multifunctional. So DJI introduced a revolutionary compact camera, which is equipped with everything you need to shoot professional video: a stabilizer, a camera with 4K support and a display to control shooting. According to the manufacturer, the three-axis mechanical stabilizer copes with image alignment much better than electronic programs. The display is quite tiny, its diagonal is 1 inch, it is needed in order to monitor the shooting process, but you can always connect an additional screen of your smartphone, for example. The camera itself is an improved version of the DJI Mavic Air, removes with a resolution of 12 megapixels and has a 1/2.3-inch CMOS-sensor, f/2.0 aperture, viewing angle of 80 degrees. The camera shoots video in 4K at 60 frames per second and a bit rate of 100 Mbps. It is worth noting the presence of most of the functions of the DJI gyrocopters, for example, the ActiveTrack function will help to monitor objects in motion. FaceTrack can recognize faces and hold them in the middle of a frame. Motion Lapse function is able to shoot time-lapses right while the camera is moving. In addition, along with the Osmo Pocket action camera, you can use other DJI accessories: a waterproof case, ND filters for natural color reproduction and a case with a charging function.
